Calgary Mental Health & Wellness Centre was founded on the belief that each person matters, and that each individual brings with them a unique set of strengths and challenges.

We offer a safe space for all individuals to engage in counselling as we celebrate what makes you who you are no matter what your religion, sexuality, identity, culture, or life experiences are.

Our therapists support children, youth, and adults ages 8 and up.

We offer individual therapy sessions online for clients in Ontario and Alberta, as well as in person in Calgary.
